Lose Weight with Green Tea

Exciting new research from Denmark and the Netherlands shows that a combination of Green Tea with Capsaicin or a sweet pepper called C19 may help support weight loss.

The researchers used combinations of these three components in 27 volunteers.

The results showed that the combinations could promote a feeling of fullness and sustain satiety which could be successful for weight management.

The researchers point out that both the catechins and caffeine in green tea may be the active ingredients which supported the feelings of satiety.

Capsaicin is difficult for many people to continue on a regular basis but the sweet pepper C-19 used in the study shows great promise because it’s easy for people to stay compliant on the diet.
