		<description>The body needs sugar eg.when a patient in a hospital cannot consumed food,glucose(sugar) is induced. Rice/grains are complex sugar...it breaks down slowly...sure it become sugar if you look it from the above point of perspective but to choose between eating a bowl of rice and being filled till the next meal to eating a lot of snacks and crashing to a sugar diet,then i would gladly take the former...besides too much of everything is bad for you...so moderation is key...</description>
